Who Is the Archentire of Sardar's Mall?
A Principal Architect, Ar. Kamaal Sinaan, founder of Archentire, designed Sardar’s Mall. Sinaan founded Archentire in 2010 and has since built it into one of Islamabad’s leading design consultancies, with more than 30 years of experience spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across Pakistan and the Middle East.
His role on Sardar’s Mall covers the building’s full design, from the layout of individual floors to how the different sections connect and function as one structure.

- Full architectural design and interior detailing, covering every floor from retail through residential.
- Approvals and coordination with local authorities; the project aligns with Rawalpindi’s building regulations.
- Construction supervision to ensure design intent holds up on site through every stage of the build.
Key Design Features
Archentire’s design for Sardar’s Mall includes:
- Two basement parking levels for smooth vehicle access.
- A central atrium running through all 10 floors.
- Integrated retail, office, and residential zones, designed as one connected building.
- High-speed elevators and escalators for easy movement between floors.
Sardar’s Mall is planned for completion in November 2028.
